Overmolded nozzles, cylinder heads, hot runners, etc., are very often damaged by manual cleaning. Partial or excessive exposure to temperature leads to structural changes in the steel, which significantly minimizes the quality or stability of the components. Cracks and fractures in the components are often the result.

OFS cleans overmoulded components gently and professionally by thermal cleaning using an aluminum oxide whirl bath:

• very short and favorable cleaning times (possible within 24 hours depending on effort)
• suitable for all known plastics
• no mechanical or thermal damage to the metals
• no abrasive effect on the components
• no carbon residues
• environmentally friendly

On request, the parts can be mechanically reworked or repaired - third-party products are also possible
(e.g. filter, mixing and shut-off nozzles, hot runners, mold inserts, overmolded inserts, etc.)
